Returns:

Returns are eligible for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted. Final sale items (any discounted items) cannot be returned or refunded. Accessories cannot be returned or refunded. If the items appear to have been worn, altered, or tags have been removed, we will not accept the item and will be returned at the customer’s expense. To complete your return, your invoice is required. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning items.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Ember and Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

A little bit about who we are: My name is Kendra Pollema. My husband and I are the owners of Ember and Co. Our spark, as mentioned above, comes from an agricultural background. We were both raised on family farms and my husband now operates his own feedlot alongside his father. Needless to say, we love life on the farm along with everything that comes in a small town! We hope to bring our passion for agriculture into the brand of Ember and Co. and to offer our customers western-styled products.
